How do i confirmed if my order have been received ?

Answer:
We will respond within 24 hours after the order has been placed.
However if your order is urgent, you can call or whatsapp us at 081237883378 to expedite.

Can i come to the store to pick up my order ?

Answer:
Yes you can. Once payment is confirmed, you can pick up the item at the store by showing one of the staff your order number.

I am not able to pay for the transaction, is there an alternative payment method for the transaction ?

Could you ship my order to my hotel / villa / home ?

Answer:
Yes we can. If location is within 25 kilometer of our store, we are able to use courier service like gojek for same day delivery. Anything further we will use logistic service like J&T and may take between 1 to 3 days.

How long before my order is processed ?

Answer:
Order received during business hours will be processed within 24 hours. Any orders received before 4 pm will normally be processed the same day.

How do you pack items ?

Answer:
We normally use bubble wrap and boxes for item(s) delivered using logistics company. For items picked up by gojek or grab delivery service, we only provide paper bag if the item(s) are large in size.

Are you able to do COD ?

Answer:
Sorry, we are not able to do COD.

What is the store policy ?

Answer:
All Sales are final. Please make sure you are buying the correct item for your purchase. We have a no refund policy.

What is the warranty claim procedure ?

Answer:
Items that has a warranty from the manufacturer, need to follow the manufacturer standard operating procedure for warranty claim. Be advised that the proses may take several days.
