Step 1: Add Product to Cart

 

1. Locate the desired product (you can do it from the search bar at the top or browse by category/ brand)

2. Select the variant if there is an option to Select.

3. Specify the desired Quantity (e.g., 1+).

4. Click the Add to Cart button.​

 

Step 2: Proceed to Checkout from Cart

 

1. Go to My cart icon.

2. Enter a promo code or Add a note.

3. Review the Order summary and Subtotal 

4. Click the Checkout button to proceed to the next step.

 

Step 3: Enter Customer and Delivery Details

 

1. If you have an account, Log in, otherwise

2. Provide your Customer details (e.g., Email, First name, Last name, Phone).

3. **NOTE: PLEASE ADD PHONE NUMBER WITH WHATSAPP SO THAT THE STORE AND COURIER CAN CONTACT YOU**

4. Fill in your Delivery details in Bali (e.g., Address, City, Province, Zip/Postal code).

5. Click Continue under the Delivery method section.​

 

Step 4: Select Delivery Method

 

1. Review your Customer & delivery details.

2. Select a Delivery method from the available options, which include:

   • STANDARD SHIPPING BALI VIA JNE REG (THIS IS FOR THOSE WHO ARE FARTHER THAN 40KM FROM THE STORE)

   • INSTANT DELIVERY UP TO 14KM

   • INSTANT-Same Day ORDER PAID BEFORE 1PM

   • INSTANT DELIVERY 15-40KM 

3. Alternatively, you can select Pickup at the Digital 3 Store for Free.

4. Review the updated total including the delivery fee 

5. Click Continue under the Payment section.

 

Step 5: Select Payment Method and Place Order

 

1. Review the Delivery method and the shipping fee.

2. Choose a Payment method:

   •  

     Offline Payment (you can choose this if you want to pay at the store or international bank transfer)

   •  

     Online Payments by Xendit (This option will redirect you to the payment gateway for payment with Credit Card).

3. Confirm the Billing address (e.g., Same as delivery address).

4. Check the box to agree to the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and Return Policy.

5. Click Place Order & Pay.

 

Step 6: Complete Payment

 

1. You will be redirected to the PAYMENT METHOD page (powered by Xendit).

2. Review the Total Amount Due and the Pay before deadline.

3. Select your preferred payment channel from the options:

   •  

     Bank Transfer (Local Bank)

   •  

     Credit/Debit Card / Nex Card (e.g., VISA, MasterCard)

   •  

     Retail Outlet (indomaret)

   •  

     E-Wallet

   •  

     PayLater

4. Follow the instructions for the selected payment method to complete your purchase.
